On Your Arrival

Here for you from the moment you arrive

We understand that arriving at hospital for treatment can be a worrying time.

We go to great lengths to make you feel safe and supported from the moment you arrive. Expect a warm welcome from our door person or porter, who will help to carry your bags to the reception and introduce you to our front-of-house team.

Once at reception, we’ll check your admission and account details before you’ll be shown to our luxurious and peaceful waiting area.

Arriving at reception

On the day of your arrival, we suggest you wear loose-fitting clothing and avoid wearing jewellery. It’s also important not to wear false nails or nail polish.

Showing you to your room

One of our friendly porters will show you to your room, carrying any bags you may have. They will explain all the room facilities to you and answer any questions before leaving you to settle into your room.
