KEVII Direct is a dedicated referral service for GPs and referrers, offering an exceptional service and swift referrals for:

How to refer
If you would like to refer a patient to one of our consultants or services, please contact our dedicated team who will answer your call within a minute, and respond to emails within 24 hours.

The service is available Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.
A referral letter is not necessary, but you may include one if you wish. You can also complete the relevant booking form below and email it to keviidirect@kingedwardvii.co.uk.
Once we have the patient’s details, our team will liaise with the appropriate consultant or department to schedule a convenient appointment for the patient. We will contact you and can also reach out to the patient directly.
Accessing results with Biotronics 3D
Our PACS system, Biotronics 3D allows referrers to access images and reports in a “live format”, dramatically reducing the wait time for results. To receive login details please contact the imaging department on pacsadmin@kingedwardvii.co.uk who will help set you up and support you accessing the system. Out of hours admissions
For any urgent/out of hours admissions, please call our switchboard on 020 7486 4411 and ask to speak to the Matron’s office. You will then be directed to a consultant who is available out of hours.
New for 2024
We are now accepting referrals from non-medical practitoners eg physiotherapists to our imaging department for 3T MRI and ulstrasounds. Please contact our imaging department to apply for referal rights to imaging.
