Mr Almeyda is an Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT surgeon) who specialises in nasal surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, paediatric ENT and general adult ENT surgery. {{ label }}
He has practised as an NHS Consultant since 2003 at the West Middlesex University Hospital (ChelWest) and also as a visiting rhinologist at the Royal Brompton Hospital, Chelsea.
Since 2008 he has been Lead in Paediatric ENT surgery and he manages all adult and paediatric general ear, nose and throat conditions.
Mr Almeyda’s ENT surgical experience spans nearly 25 years; He entered specialist training in London in 1994 and included training years at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear, Charing Cross and Great Ormond Street Hospitals. He qualified from St Bartholomew’s Medical School in 1990.
He is the co-author of the Color Atlas of ENT Diagnosis, which is an established international reference guide for many commonly encountered otolaryngology entities for ENT trainees, junior doctors and GP’s (see panel).
