How to pay for your treatment

If you’re taking control of your treatment with one of our self-pay packages, find out how to make a payment.

How do I pay for treatment?

We offer a range of options to take control of your treatment through self-pay. If you have any questions about any of our payment options, get in touch with our finance team on 0207 467 4366 between 8am – 5pm, or fill in the form at the bottom of the page and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.

Debit or credit card

Click the button below to make an online debit or credit card payment.

Telephone Payments

Simply call us with your patient or invoice number and the invoice amount, and you can make an easy debit or credit card payment over the phone. Our Finance Team is ready to help you on 0207 467 4366 between 8am – 6pm, or our Automated Telephone payment service is available 24 hours a day on 0330 088 0973.

Please note: Our systems will automatically store a token of your Card details. We will apply for payment on any outstanding balance on your account to be taken from your card (10) ten days after an invoice has been issued, unless you have contacted us and agreed otherwise. A receipt will be issued once the payment has been successfully processed. We will notify you if we are unable to secure payment via your stored card.

Secure link

You can also request a secure payment link by sending an email to payments@kingedwardvii.co.uk.

When making payment via secure link, you will need your patient or invoice number and the invoice amount.

Please note: Our systems will automatically store a token of your Card details. You can make a straightforward bank transfer payment for your treatment using the details below:

Please quote your patient number as your payment reference.

Cheque

Please make your cheque payable to King Edward VII’s Hospital and quote your patient number on the back. You can send it to us at:

Finance Department, King Edward VII’s Hospital, 5-10 Beaumont Street, London W1 6AA.

Cheque payments need to clear at least 5 working days from the date of your appointment. Please do not send cash through the post.

At the Hospital

If you aren’t able to use our other payment options, it is possible to pay your bill in full on arrival at the hospital. Please contact our service team before your arrival and tell us you intend to pay directly.

We accept cash, cheque, and most debit and credit cards, including Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Please bring your invoice or admission letter along with you to make a payment. Please note that we cannot accept cash payments of more than £8,000. For further information about prices, please email admissions@kingedwardvii.co.uk.
